Return & Exchange Time Frame

  • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in perfect, unused condition. It should be unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear. All original elements including tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the product. The item should not carry any scents, marks, discoloration, scratches, or physical damage.

You May Not Qualify for a Return If:

The original tags or labels have been removed or tampered with.

The return request is due to a simple change of mind, mistaken order, or is submitted after the 30-day return window.

Exchange:

We offer free exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day window.

Eligibility for Exchange:

You qualify for an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are attached

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item you received is the wrong size, incorrect item, or has a valid issue such as a defect

  • The jacket has not been altered, damaged, or modified after delivery

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or if the wrong item was delivered, contact our support team and we will guide you through the exchange process.

The Jackets Club will cover all exchange-related shipping costs, including return shipping and sending the replacement jacket.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided instead.

Refunds

Process: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you once the inspection is complete.

Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours, and the amount usually appears in your account within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

The Jackets Club covers the return shipping cost for all eligible returns.

After your request is approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions
  • A Prepaid Return Label
  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number

Please include the RA Number on the return package for faster processing.

No Restocking Fees – Hassle-Free Returns

We do not charge restocking fees, repackaging fees, or any hidden costs. Our return and exchange process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

Our support team will assist you promptly with a replacement or a refund.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We accept returns and exchanges only within the USA.
  • International orders and returns are not supported.
