Our family survival kit includes 72 hours of meals for you and 1 other person. While most other kits will offer you the emergency food rations, our kit focuses more on family comfort and those with children, looking to have easy to make, delicious meals while stuck in an emergency. The meals are easy to prep - a lot of them just need to add boiling water, and you will get a wide variety of food. We supply a water filtration straw for every 2 family members - giving you ample amounts of filtered fresh water. If you are going to keep this kit at home, we recommend stocking a case of fresh drinking water next to it as well.
Along with the food and water provided in the kit, we provide a camping stove, an electric lighter and a number of solar powered products and a solar battery bank to charge them. Lastly, you get a number of standard survival items like emergency sleeping bags and a first aid kit full of supplies.
Whether you are looking for a survival kit to keep at home or travel with, this family survival kit is compact and easy to use stationary or on the go. It comes with 2 bags to distribute the carrying weight and provides plenty of space for other personal items that you wish to add. Never get caught without a backup plan again.
This kit was designed to be easily portable as disaster has many unknowns, but ultimately was designed for 3 days of comfort largely staying in place. Disaster that holds you in place is often short lived, meaning 3 days is generally whats needed before more resources can be obtained. That being said, this kit contains a LOT of food C meaning you could easily ration beyond 3 days C with adequate water, humans can live up to 2 months with zero food. 4200 calories total per person would extend that significantly, but certainly wouldnt be comfortable.
